Processing Times
All items are made-to-order.

Mystic Market Mail Club: Ship toward the end of each month (typically between the 22nd–26th).

Art Prints & Archives: Printed on demand and ship within 7–9 business days.

Originals: Ship within 5 business days of purchase.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
To keep the Print Club affordable, all subscription mail is sent through stamped letter mail — this means there’s no tracking number available.

Canada: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

International & US: Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.
If you purchase both a Print Club item and an Archive (past edition), these are mailed separately and may arrive a few days apart.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price of all Print Club memberships.
For other shop orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Once your parcel is handed to Canada Post, I’m unable to control transit times or delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, please wait a few extra days — occasionally, mail can take a little longer to travel.
If your item hasn’t arrived after 30 days (Canada) or 45 days (International), please reach out at heymell@melljoux.com so I can help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email heymell@melljoux.com within 7 days of receiving it, along with a photo of the damage. I’ll be happy to make it right.
United States Shipping Notice
Due to new processing and handling fees introduced by US couriers (August 2025), standard shipping from Canada to the US is temporarily paused.
US customers can still join the Mystic Market Mail Club, where shipping is already included.
